  • Children and extra bed policy

    Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 0 years old stay for US$35 per person per night when using an available cot. People no matter the age stay for US$35 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

  • Important Information

    Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Please note: - When booking multiple rooms, individual names are required for each reservation. - Any required deposit or pre-payment will be charged to your card at the time of booking. - Regarding the cancelation policy: The 72-hour cancelation window closes at 17:00 three days before the arrival day. - Guests must be a minimum of 21 years of age to check-in at the property. - The daily resort fee includes: - Internet Access - Local & 800-number phone calls - Fitness Center Access - Additional inclusions - In case of an early departure, guest will be responsible to pay the full remaining amount (room rate and tax) of the reservation. The property will place an authorization on credit or debit card to cover applicable charges for room, tax and resort fees, as well as a USD 50 incidental amount per day to allow you access to room charging privileges. This may result in additional authorizations should your charges exceed the originally approved amount. Guests using a debit card in lieu of a credit card acknowledge unused funds are released upon check-out may take 3-7 business days for domestic banks and up to 30 days for international banks to become available through their financial institution. **For same day bookings, in the event that the credit card does not authorize for the deposit amount of first night's room and tax, the booking will be canceled at 18:00** Cardholder funds released after checkout may take up to 7 business days to become available for guests with domestic banks and up to 30 days for guests with international banks. If you use a debit card, you acknowledge that unused funds may be subject to an additional delay before they are returned. Availability of funds after check-out are managed solely by each individual financial institution. Deposits may take 3-7 business days if placed on a credit card or 3-30 business days if placed on a debit card before it shows to your account. Please contact your credit card company or banking institute to confirm.
