"Superb"
This hotel is beyond incredible! Incredible is an understatement!! This place will take your breath away with it's incredible size. It's a city in a hotel! You have casinos, bars, a club, a cinema, multiple pools, a shopping centre, spa , beauty salons, convenience stores, live entertainment, exhibitions, mega sized Egyptian decor, escalators, a unique sideways travelling elevator, a food court , restaurants and a variety of room options.. ALL INSIDE THAT PYRAMID! there's even an actual bank, a bunch of ATMS .. the staff give us a $35 birthday voucher to use and the staff is so polite. You realistically don't have to leave your hotel for an epic night in Vegas but if you do everything is right up the same street. They clean your room every day aswell.

Facilities were good. Food was good. Especially steak house. Staff were friendly from start to finish everywhere. The spa bath in the room. The bed. The atmosphere (in all parts of the hotel). The choice of entertainment.

There was everything you needed from breakfast, lunch and dinner to shows, exhibitions, snacks, drinks, treats. We loved the pool as well. Comfy beds!

Nothing - On arrival the staff were rude and did not see my booking.com booking and price and tried to charge me what they wanted. As a Special police officer based on this rudeness I would have them arrested for threatening behavior. Disgusting room not value for money or clean. I will be reporting the hotel to the relevant agencies!

This is a big hotel, finding the way around it is difficult, but its a great spot. Good facilities, nice rooms, good pool. Was a good place to stop and explore Vegas!
